Ways we fill these roles:

• On site project-based consulting: HARKEN DATA employee works at your location under your direction for a specific period of time.
• Offsite project-based consulting: HARKEN DATA employee is offsite (either at HARKEN DATA or a remote location) working on your directed activities with milestones and deliverables.
• Temporary to Permanent Hire (‘try before you buy’): Consultant works for you as an HARKEN DATA employee for a period of time, then transitions to your full-time employee.
• Full time hires: HARKEN DATA provides candidates into the interview loop for open positions-you pay only if you hire, and the employees are successful in the role.
